Engineering networks:

Water-supply – water drawn from a well. Presupposed annual water consumption is 4 800 m3/year.
Sewage – sewage water will be connected to the biological sewage water treatment plant and then, water will be pumped to the recipient. The roof pluvial water will be drained by imbibitional systems.
Electricity – the areal will be connected to an existing electricity line 22 kV. There will be a 1100 kW input installed at areal. Presupposed annual electricity consumption is 1100 Mwh/year.
Gas-supply – a new gas connection will be built and connected to the existing medium pressure gas pipeline. Presupposed annual gas consumption is 906 000m3/year.
